I am the Owner and Head Performance Coach at Max Impact Training. I would like to personally thank you for taking the time to to get to know us before becoming a member of the Max Impact Training Team.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer with the prestigious National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and Certified Speed/Strength and Conditioning Coach with the International Youth and Conditioning Association (IYCA). I am a lifetime athlete and fitness fanatic. I have been working in the business since 2006 helping hundreds of people to improve their performance physically and mentally. Along the way I have become a master at providing fun, safe and effective workouts in a group environment.
If I were to sum up how I came to be in the position I am today it would be very simple…
I have experienced some adversities/struggles related to health both physically and mentally and found ways to overcome it. A Father with MS who struggled to walk/talk and was confined to a wheel chair for over 20 years. Abandonment by my mother who struggled with drug addiction. Foster homes as a young child. Sports related injuries I had to rehabilitate from including 5 knee surgeries and fractured bones. My own personal struggles with mental health that led to depression and weight gain.
Although difficult, the above experiences helped to shape and mold an individual who brings a little “fight” with him everywhere he goes!
The word “perseverance” is a very important word. Every man, woman, and child experiences some sort of struggle in their lifetime and has to decide exactly what to do about it. You can either lay down and accept what life gives you or you can stand, fight, and take what you deserve.
I developed Max Impact Training to do exactly what the name says, which is help people create maximum impact in their lives.
Whether you are coming to burn body fat or take your performance to another level it is going to take hard work, effort, and dedication to accomplish it. The reality is most people don’t really care about the X’s and O’s of exercise training and nutrition. What they really care about are the reasons that made them walk through the door in the first place. Those deep burning desires for the things that if they could only accomplish, would make their lives become that much more fulfilled.
I’ve made it my personal mission to make sure that each and every individual who walks through this door knows what it’s like to be part of a team, strive harder than ever before, and ultimately experience that accomplishment.
It is the risk takers, the action makers, and the ones who persevere through the tough times that become the people who experience the most success and fulfillment in life.
Life is far too short not to begin to take action now.
Tomorrow’s dreams are dependent on today’s first steps.
